These terms govern your access to and use of Tabala ContentOps, operated by Tabala Digital Solutions ("we", "us"). By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Tabala ContentOps is a content operations platform for planning, creating, approving and publishing content across connected social channels on behalf of your organisation.
Features described on this site reflect the platform's current state. Some capabilities are marked as planned or pending validation rather than generally available, and are not included in the service until they are released.
2. Accounts and organisations
You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and within organisations you administer.
You are responsible for managing who you invite into your organisation and the roles you grant them.
3. Connected social accounts and publishing responsibility
When you connect a Facebook Page, Instagram account or LinkedIn Company Page, you confirm you are authorised to manage and publish to that account.
You are solely responsible for the content you approve and publish through the platform, including compliance with each connected platform's own terms and content policies.
4. Acceptable use
You will not use the service to publish unlawful content, to circumvent a connected platform's own policies, or to attempt to access data or accounts outside your organisation's workspaces.
5. Fees and trials
Paid plans and their usage-based pricing are described on our Pricing page. Specific trial length, billing cadence and final launch pricing are confirmed at signup and checkout, and may be updated ahead of general availability.
6. Termination
You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranty of uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tabala Digital Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including publishing failures caused by a third-party platform.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
